1. What are your business hours?
We are open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. After hours appointments are available in the evenings and on weekends as our schedules permit.
2. Is there a charge for an estimate?
No, estimates for collision damage are free, no appointments are necessary.
3. Do you accept insurance work?
We accept insurance work from most insurance companies. We are a Service First facility for State Farm Insurance and a member of the Repair Assistance Program for Amica Insurance.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Upon completion of work to your satisfaction, we accept insurance checks, personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, debit cards, or cash. All work is to be paid in full upon delivery.
5. How much will it cost?
The automotive industry is comprised of thousands of cars, each with thousands of parts. One part from one manufacturer can cost hundreds of dollars more or less than the same part form a different manufacturer. Because of this, we cannot disclose a concrete price for your service, as each accident is different. Instead we ask that you schedule a free estimate by calling us at (847) 864-1101.
6. Do you provide loaner cars?
No, due to the high cost of liability insurance we can not provide loaners. We do have a great working relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car who will provide a vehicle at preferred rates to our customers who need a vehicle.
7. Do you use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for repairs?
We have always preferred to use original equipment parts from the manufacturers for all repairs. Be aware of your insurance company's policy regarding replacement parts.
8. How long will I be without a car?
Each repair is different so it's hard to say without actually seeing the damage to the vehicle, but most repairs take between 3 to 5 working days.
9. Will the color match after repairs are complete? Yes, we take great care to ensure that the color of the repaired area and the rest of the vehicle match. We use a computerized color match system to provide the quality color match you expect.
10. Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We believe our work is the finest available, and we make every effort, with every vehicle to ensure the best repairs are performed. We stand behind all our work for as long as you own your vehicle. More information on our guarantee is provided in our Quality section. |
